Notes: This print was made after an etching from the series 100 Views of Mount Fuji By Hokusai, near the end of his career. At the time, he was teaching a lot and was working under the name "Gakyô Rôjin Manji" (The Old Man Mad About Art). This is an extremely rare print in excellent condition. All though there are no censor seal, very little is known about this series of 14 prints, and some attribute this very same print to the school of Hokusai because of the lack of references. Some also attribute it to Taito II Katsushika pupil of Hokusai, active 1810-1850
